Our Full Service Mentorship will complete the entire set-up for your Airbnb unit. We will perform the full design and installation, then deliver to you a fully decorated unit listed on Airbnb for you to manage. We coach you through managing your unit, securing bookings, becoming a top host on airbnb. For rental units, you will be required to complete all applications for unit and meet rental requirements. Design Budget: 1 bedroom $5,000, 2 bedroom $5,500 This budgeted amount will include all funds needed to set up your Airbnb unit. Items included: - Deposits and application amount - TV’s - Furniture – Sofa, Beds, etc. - Décor - Linens Sets + additional set for turnover - Bathroom Needs and towels + additional set for turnover - Kitchen Needs - Living Essentials - Professional Photography - Contractor payments as needed for TV installs or painting
